The shape, or measure of the shape, formed by two line segments that meet at a common point. The size of the angle is the amount of rotation needed to superimpose one line segment on the other; by convention anticlockwise rotations are positive. Angles are measured in degrees, grades or radians according to whether 360, 400 or 2Ï€ units are assigned to one revolution.
